I will tell you how I do it and how some other people in the industry do it.   My system here is not the best one but it works well for me.  You can take what I do and create your own system.  The key here is what works best for YOU.   You can take my system and MODIFY it to fit your needs.  It is REALLY simple and within HOURS,  YOU could have a product OUTLINED and ready to tape.    The Talk Off   By taking your outline and doing a “talk off” you will find out exactly where you are in the process.  In some places you will need to add information and in some places you will need to take information out.   This will also tell you how long a product you have.  Yu can than modify your product as needed to create the product you want as far as length.    What I have just went over here is a SYSTEM.
