I got it for X-mas, so its not very old at all, i always kept it in the case. There may be some light surface scratches on the screen but nothing that effects or distorts the picture. It was the daxter bundle with includes Daxter and Family Guy, but it also will include Juiced Eliminator, and Siphon Filter Dark Mirror, both are awsome games. Also includes the expansion grip with makes playing it a lot easier and enjoyable, plus will give you a total of 6 hours play time, the stand alone charger which is nice for watching movies, charging cables for both house and car, usb cords, and more.
